Service Description

Your shadow self is all the parts of you that you deny, downplay, ignore or desire. This workshop helps you delve into the darker parts of your soul - the parts you may have pushed down in order to fit into society in a more acceptable way. You will uncover your shadow sides, learn their benefits and lessons, and bring them into the light so that you may integrate the dark and light parts of your soul. This workshop helps you bring the unconscious into conscious awareness so that you will leave feeling more whole, and accepting of all the parts of you that are unique. This workshop is a great way to help you heal your inner child wounds and understand the ways you evolved in order to survive. Integrating your shadow and light selves empowers you to accept yourself as you are and embrace the uniqueness of your soul. Once you do, you will be a formiddable force!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the booking date will receive a 100% refund minus service fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee.
